What seems like ‘just a few days ago’ at Pure Barre, our instructor got us started into the warm up and as I was lifting my knees she exclaimed “can you believe we’re almost in JULY!?” despite it being a grey morning at 6am, I perked right up. What? No. I can’t believe we’re almost in July. And now, officially half way through it. Time feels like it’s flying, which is something I feel like I find myself saying more and more as I get older. When I look at my planner (yes I still keep a paper agenda and it’s my bible) every single day has had some form of to-do, appointment, or event for the past two months. I’ve been reminding myself to be grateful for the busy. in fact, I posted on instagram a few weeks ago the phrase I’m using is “booked, busy, & blessed” it’s all good and fun events so life is feeling very full.
The past few months have been a blur. We’ve had a couple of weddings which have kept us on the move and took us back to Cleveland which is always a treat.
While in CLE, I stopped by the new Skin Center which is in the Van Aken District. You guys know how passionate I am about skincare, skin safety, and expert providers so I’m PUMPED that my Cleveland babes have an incredible place to go. Also, I’ll absolutely be popping in for services when I’m home.
Use the code ‘ANNA’ for $150 off your first service at The Skin Center

We tried a new-to-me breakfast spot, Martha On The Fly, which was out of this world. I got the Betty sandwich, fries, and we even tried their cold brew with cereal flavored milk. It was out of this world. Highly recommend.

At the beginning of June, we celebrated my birthday in Cleveland at the Ritz Carlton, where Dave & I got married almost five years ago. It was SO lovely to have a staycation in one of my favorite cities. We bopped around downtown and grabbed dinner at one of my old favorites, L’Albatros.
We also squeezed in a Guardians game while in Cleveland. It was the perfect weather and the perfect night and I had been teasing Dave that I knew Onion would win the Hot Dog Derby (IYKYK) and she did so of course I needed to have this photo to gloat.

When I haven’t been on the move, we’re been spending time working on the house or enjoying the patio and the new Traeger we got this year. Dave has gotten really good on the grill itself while I stick to mastering the sides. Like this panzanella salad..

I have a lot of exciting things coming up and now that schedules seem to be slowing down a bit, I’m so excited to share them with you.
Cheers,
