It’s that time of year, again: the Sephora sale! Today was the first day I was able to shop the sale as a VIB member, but Rouge members were able to shop with 20% off start on 4/9. Since the pandemic started, I have worn *significantly* less makeup and turned my focus more toward skincare & maintenance (though of course I could never give up lipstick) so what’s in my cart is definitely more skincare focused. This year, I’ve even added some new products that I’m excited to try and as always, will report back my findings!
Sephora members discount breakdown:
Rouge Members – 20% off – 4/9-4/19
VIB Members – 15% off – 4/13-4/19
Insider Members – 10% off – 4/15-4/19
Just use the code: OMGSPRING to get your percentage off!
Here’s a sneak peak of my favorites & what’s in my cart:
Supergoop! Glow Screen – I picked this up prior to my trip to Colorado and it’s a perfect little glow without having to put on any makeup, while most importantly protecting your skin with SPF!
NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment (Don’t Stop! is my favorite red!) – Every single time I post a photo wearing red lipstick, I get a million questions about the shade. This matte lip pigment never dries out my lips, I even wore it on my wedding day!
Necessaire Body Wash – Any time there’s a sale, I stock up on this.
Sunday Riley Good Genes – This is on every single gift guide I create but it’s my holy grail of skincare. I love it and yes, it’s worth the money.
Briogeo Be Gentle, Be Kind Hair Mask – A great mask to heal damaged or dry hair.
Coco Cabana Body Cream – The perfect, not-too-thin, not-too-thick body lotion The smell will transport you to the beach and your skin will be glowing.
Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops – Speaking of a good glow, these drops are a great way to give yourself a glow without harmful sun damage.
The Ordinary Niacinamide – Trying for the first time! Will report back!
Summer Fridays R & R Mask – Anything to come from Summer Fridays has been a win. Since they are currently checking on a compromised batch of Jet Lag Mask, which was pulled from stores earlier this year as a precaution, I’m getting this mask as a replacement.
Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Lip Liner – I have never tried this particular brand or color but it too has a cult following. I like to use the liner as a full coverage lip color which is a great way to get color on your lips and actually keep it when you’ve got to wear a mask. Will report back my thoughts.
Olaplex Shampoo & Conditioner – This is a new to me product! I started using it about two weeks ago and I’m really liking both the shampoo & conditioner so far!
Summer Fridays Vitamin C Serum – Also a new to me product. Can’t wait to give it a try!
Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant – I’ve been wanting to try Paula’s Choice for a while now but now seems like a great time to try this product. I’ve gotten some clogged pores on my chin presumably from mask-wearing and this product boasts that it will “sweep away dead skin cells, unclog pores, and visibly smooth wrinkles—practically overnight.” Fingers crossed!
Drybar Detox Dry Shampoo – A staple in my bathroom. The smell alone. MMM!
Dr. Dennis Gross Alpha Beta Universal Daily Peel – This product has always had a cult following but admittedly it did not make it’s way to me until a few weeks ago. After one night, I can totally see why there is so much hype about this product.
Happy shopping!!
Cheers,
