This summer, I’ve been enjoying my new bike (her name is Blanche). This past weekend, we took an early morning ride to get breakfast nearby and it was such a lovely way to start our Saturday.
Harbor Lights is a fantastic waterfront restaurant in Norwalk, CT. Like always, our favorite way to dine is through a myriad of small plates. None of which disappointed.
Last Sunday evening, I attended an experience with the incredible new dinner society, Underground Kitchen, concocted by my dear friend Andrew. Seeing my friends have a dream & make it come true is one of the most rewarding things to witness. Every since I’ve met Andrew, he’s want to fuse good music & even better food into an experience and he made it happened & KILLED it!
The atmosphere, cocktails, carefully crafted menu were utterly mind blowing. He left no detail unconsidered & created an experience that all should have the opportunity to indulge in. Each dinner is considered “pop up” and the location isn’t revealed until a week before the event. This particular dinner was hosted at the most beautiful home in Bedford Hills, NY. The menu was to die for… Full disclosure, I did not photograph every dish as everything was too delicious to photograph before diving right into.
