Lately, I have been eating extremely healthy but sometimes, you just need to treat yo-self. This Banana Bread is perfect because it’s easy, tastes decadent but leaves you feeling guilt free.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar (I opted for Splenda)
1/2 cup brown sugar (also, Splenda)
3 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup mashed bananas
3 tablespoons oil
1/3 (to 1/2) cup milk
1 egg
How to:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix ingredients together.
3. Fill a greased bread pan with batter and bake for approximately an hour and enjoy.
It can’t get much easier than that. Perfect to quench a sweet craving and it’s a great breakfast snack to take into the office, too!
