Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Happy Friday, friends! We made it!

Today I wanted to share an easy recipe for stuffed mushrooms. I love this recipe because not only is it foolproof, you probably already have the ingredients in your refrigerator and it’s delicious.

What you will need:

-portobello mushrooms


-an onion


-olive oil

-salt and pepper

First preheat your oven to 425. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 8 minutes on each side. I like to season with salt and pepper to add a little flavor.

In a saute pan, warm a bit of olive oil and add the chopped onion and garlic. Soften the onions and add the spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the mixture in the mushrooms and place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!

(I added a tiny bit of parmesan cheese because….well, who doesn’t love cheese?! )

    Humans will enjoy this recipe but oddly enough deer will hate it.
