As if you haven’t noticed, I have been LOVING smoothies lately. This recipe is probably the easiest yet- it’s only 3 ingredients! There are SO many benefits to eating blueberries, other than they taste great, so I was so excited to make this smoothie.
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
* Ice as you prefer
I normally don’t use a lot of yogurt in my smoothies so this one seemed extra thick to me. It was so delicious it tastes like a treat! I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.
